The best wings I’ve ever had.

How to:

Place 4-6 wings in your basket

Fry for 4-5 @ 375

Take out and dip in sauce. Place back in fryer for another 4-5 min

Repeat until you are full … but make enough to reheat

Reheat @ 350 5-7 min (I’ve never done it. I eat em cold)

By accident Janet dipped the wing in the sauce before the first 4 min fry time. It turned out better, so we now double dip when we want more kick in our wing.
